These passed a simple test: documented frontline work, published numbers, and a method that treats restoration as the outcome. We are not yet a formal funding partner of any of them. When pledges process, the 90% will be deployed here and listed line by line.
LAW ENFORCEMENT + AFTERCARE
Partners with local police and courts to rescue people from trafficking and violence, then measures whether survivors can function with low risk of being trafficked again. That second part is the Assessment of Survivor Outcomes tool, independently validated.

Project Lantern (Cebu): independent prevalence studies found minors among commercial sex workers fell from 6.6% in 2006 to 1.5% in 2010. The evaluator also flagged possible displacement to less visible markets — which is why aftercare, not the raid, is the test.
U.S. HOTLINE + DATA
Operates the U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline — the actual intake pipe for victims, survivors, and tips. They publish the data with a hard caveat: it describes people who knew to call, not how many people are being trafficked.

Of 2024 cases with a reported type: 6,647 sex trafficking, 2,220 labor, 1,360 both. Among sex-trafficking venues they could classify, 263 involved pornography. 385 cases requested crisis assistance.
CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL
Congressionally designated. The CyberTipline is where U.S. platforms must report apparent child sexual abuse material, online enticement, and child sex trafficking. This is the infrastructure that turns files into identifications of living children.

NCMEC escalated more than 53,000 reports as urgent or involving a child in imminent danger. Online-enticement reports rose 158% from 2024 and child-sex-trafficking reports rose 323% — partly because the 2024 REPORT Act now requires platforms to report those crimes the same way they report CSAM. Reports with a generative-AI nexus exceeded 400,000.
EVIDENCE-BASED FUNDER
A funder, not a raid team. They put money into local organizations in slavery hotspots and publish independent evaluations. Their counting rule is the one we adopted as a filter: from July 2016, liberation is only counted with follow-up services.

Hotspot programs include commercial sexual exploitation of children in Bangladesh and Brazil. They commission outside evaluations (bonded labour in Nepal; Thrive returnee employment in Ethiopia) rather than marketing rescue counts.
HOUSING + CASH ASSISTANCE
Long-term housing, economic empowerment, and counseling for adult trafficking survivors in the U.S. They publish the waitlist. That honesty is the point: the people money can help are the ones who can get a bed and stay in contact.

Their 2025 white paper on housing cash assistance found higher housing grants associated with better 12-month housing stability, mental wellbeing, and safety. Since 2009 they have served more than 2,800 survivors and people at risk.
TRAFFICKED CHILDREN, U.S.
Statewide Connecticut survivor care for youth who are confirmed or highly suspected victims of trafficking. Licensed social workers, individualized care plans, after-hours support, and they do not close the case. The National Institute of Justice funded an evaluability assessment of the model.

NIJ’s assessment describes Rapid Response psychoeducation, then Long-Term Services with measurable goals around safety, wellbeing, and skill development, then Sustained Care that stays available. Their education/employment work received the National Youth Employment Coalition’s 2024 Innovation Award.
SURVIVOR-LED, COMMERCIALLY EXPLOITED GIRLS
Girls Educational & Mentoring Services. Founded in 1998 by Rachel Lloyd, herself exploited as a teenager. The only New York organization built specifically for girls and young women (now ages 12–29) in commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking. Helped pass New York’s Safe Harbor Act, which treats sexually exploited minors as victims rather than prostitutes.

GEMS’ own member data also reports 68% have experienced homelessness. This is who money reaches in a U.S. city: girls already known to child welfare and the courts, not strangers pulled from a shipping container. Direct services, survivor leadership, and policy work — not overseas raid footage.
TECH AGAINST CSAM
Builds tools so platforms can detect child sexual abuse material and so investigators can identify children faster. Safer, their detection suite, is used by tech companies. This is the demand side of the fight that lives on screens — the same market our members are leaving.

Safer matches hashes against NCMEC-verified lists so moderators are not forced to re-view known abuse. Spotlight, built for law enforcement to find children in trafficking ads, helped identify about 18,000 victims including more than 6,000 children (AWS case study covering 2016 onward; the tool has since moved to a dedicated home).
